AI tools that support hiring and HR workflows through structured screening, summaries, and better decision support
Hiring and HR work can be time-consuming, especially when information is spread across resumes, job posts, and interview notes. In this section, I present AI projects that help organize HR tasks and make evaluation more structured. These tools can extract skills from resumes, compare candidates to job requirements, and generate interview questions based on a role. They can also summarize interview notes and create clear shortlists with “why this match” explanations. The goal is to support HR teams with clarity and consistency—while keeping humans in control of final decisions.
A simple HR tool that helps teams screen resumes in a faster and more consistent way. It lets a recruiter choose a job, upload PDF resumes, and then automatically extracts key information and compares each candidate to the job needs (skills, experience, and education).
The app supports two modes: an AI mode that gives richer matching and short explanations, and an offline mode that uses simple keyword checks when you want speed, low cost, or no external calls. It also includes practical “ATS-style” features like shortlisting, interview and offer statuses, tags, reviewer notes, and quick filters to find the best candidates.
To support fairness, it is designed to focus on job-relevant information only and avoid using protected personal details when scoring. Finally, it provides clear exports (CSV/Excel) so HR teams can share results and keep a clean hiring record.
